Wasn't trying to be literal, but point is that we as shareholders have one thing in common. That is if BLTA does well we all make profits. The FAA will only see it that way and none of us are subject matter experts in the legal sense of what is going on behind closed doors. Frustrating? Yes! But reality is FAA and BLTA needs to hammer this out.
