interesting theory, I personally don't think it should have any bearing, but eh what do I know. I'm thinking it's all about financials and getting them ready. also if a company was buying them out. I'd think they'd want the share price as low as possible. again not sure how it works. I just think it's standard negotiations going on. I worked for a tiny tiny company that dealt with major companies. and I remember these guys would fly in there representatives every week for a few weeks until terms of a contract can be agreed. Basically all lawyer stuff. That's just my theory. with all the time that has passed. I do think news could be here very soon. it's not like they started negotiations yesterday.
