Just a food for thought.....Because the PPS is so low....this could be a factor why the Negotiation that Francine is having with these peoples from the International Group are taking so long to "Finalize"....These peoples from the International Group might not be "willing" at this time to pay what Francine is asking.....Therefore it could "require" longer time to reach an agreement???.....
