Unless......of course things go as I really think they will which is basically as follows:
We all know Bill has MANY irons in the fire. The ONLY thing he and we are waiting on is the facilities to open in Lakeshore. That is important because that will finance the rest of it, AND , we have millions tied up in that. Will that happen......hell yhea it will or none of us would still be in this. We got screwed and now it is our turn. We will get paid for most of what we lost by those who held us back this long. Simple fact.
That said.....once all the dust settles, I see a forward split happening once all the weak hands get shaken out and we have a decent core of strong investors and not flippers. THAT, in my view is where the bonus comes in. Even a 2:1 forward split would turn the amount of shares you own into a double, with more opportunity for folks to buy more shares at a lower price. That is not to be confused with valuation as that would remain the same until the new shares are bought up which should not take long. The increase in the market value would be substantial which would be the reason for the forward split and good for the business and shareholders.
All in all this is not a overnight flip in any sense of the term. FITX/ CEN are both long term investments in my view. At least 5 more years to be clear. Just imagine where we will be on this date next year alone. We know the law is on our side, and that Bill and company have massively huge plans moving forward. To flip this any time soon is a fools errand in my view.
There are a lot of places to turn a quick buck. This is not one of them and should be viewed as an investment, not a trade.
