What rule are you guys aware of that makes the NTGL spinoff enough to force shorts to clear the deck. Obviously, spinning off NTGL is not a sham, because NTGL is real.
What sort of formal approval does NTEK need to complete a spinoff. Does it happen based on an audit completion? So if the auditors think the spinoff is insubstantial they are supposed to withhold an opinion?
Maybe the spinoff back in February was not deemed substantial enough because NTGL didn't have enough going for it??? Now we have a govenment entity in Nevada that acknowledges NTGL's gambling devices/software as legitimate. Might make for a better argument.
Im getting into uncharted territory here.
Maybe we will finally discover why it has taken so long to complete an audit for NTGL? Any accountants here??
