I think you hit the nail on the head China!
I believed them when they said they wouldn't need additional financing at the SHM. No way 400 mm shares even comes close to the additional $8mm they are adding to the content budget. Folks, raising the content budget 5 fold to nearly the total market cap in just a couple of months is just off the hook BOLD!
The 400mm may be for any number of things but I know for sure it's not all about being in dire need cash to continue operating. The AS raise could absolutely be a defensive measure against any scumbag vermin looking to swoop in and steal the company on the cheap. I'll bet if there isn't already "poison pill" language in the corporation documents there will be.
Aside from the pps (at the moment) I think we're looking pretty good. NTEK in my opinion has finally turned the corner and is about to kick it up a notch as the holiday season begins to unfold.
