IPO'ing could be expensive if they do it thru the front door.
If that is the Plan they would have already done the paperwork and had it approved.
The other way is changing NTEK'S Ticker symbol to reflect UltraFlix.
That would certainly drive the share price to new Highs.
Maybe higher than the previous $.017.

It would bury the shorts immediately and possibly drive the share price to $.25 when the plan is announced.
