Are you familiar with legal problems? Most require no comments by good legal advice until suit settled.

Since its been said on message boards and news releases (some mix of the following) that the filings were ready but rejected for other pending info which was msg'd to be C & C and would never get it... why is anyone still looking for filings until SEC suit is dropped?
