Personal opinion only:
I think it's time to call the time of death at 1159AM 10/21/2015.
1) No heartbeat
2) Chris T ducked out the backdoor
3) 3 months today since BOD met and said they were going to do things which 90 days later haven't been done
4) no reverse split to date as announced
5) no update on Canadian venture
6) no name change completed
7) no financials after 2 years (2013 not filed)
no communication as promised
9) still on the Grey sheets (I can't access with my trading company)
$130,000+ down the toilet, time to move on
