You hit the Nail on the head.
New capital was promised if NTEK spins off UltraFlix merged with another Company and UltraFlix will be the Name of the Company with the call Ticker UFLX!
I have thought of UltraFlix being spun off before, but this latest News makes me think even more now that it will Happen.
Wonder who the Merger will be with[if that is the Scenario].
Anyway, NTEK will be up Big time in Share Price all Next week!
