Yah, I've been in this situations with other stocks and that was exactly what they did with the RECAP. They covered their hides from a take over and with all the big media dogs out there, I'm sure they're being pro active, especially considering they mentioned at the last SHM they we're approached by three different entities intrerest in a buy out. You never know, you say the wrong thing to one of those big dogs and there goes the whole ball game. We / they have to be on guard from this time forward in my opinion. PROTECT THE HIVE !!!
