I do not believe I've answered my own question. I'm asking what has changed in their plan to cause the need to raise more capital. The letter did not provide detailed insight.
The fact that the share price is down for any reason has nothing to do with this AS raise as the PPS was roughly the same at the SHM and they knew what the likely final value of releasing shares into the float would be. Again, it's all about having a financial plan and achieving it.
