I can't see them grounding the -200 fleet because of 2 Air Force Ones and the National Security aspects of the E-4 fleet of 5. Those aircraft cannot be "grounded" for obvious reasons. Plus, they are backed by unlimited military and political $$ so they can throw $$ at getting the problem fixed.
