Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Baltia is waiting for certification on a model that has a critical safety issue. They have figured out the problem, but if they push the FAA too hard, instead of getting their certification, they'd just get the rest of the 747's grounded. Sucks to be one to discover a problem sometimes....
