There are no reasons to think otherwise Sunny based on TECO'S history. TECO'S credibility and Chris T's credibility with me are zero! I need 3rd party documented verification before I will believe one word they say! I almost prefer this ongoing investigation concluding with some heavily fined and/or put in jail than hearing any news of a recovery! The longer this goes the more I wonder which would give me greater satisfaction.
