So let's bare our souls. Me, I have some real concerns about this new BOD's motives.
It's been too quiet for too long.
We're meeting all the criteria for a slimy pink (oops, grey) scam by our behavior.
Our CEO has failed to meet the criteria for that position. Our new BOD seems to have gone dark. I question their motive.
Someone, please chastise me, preferably a board member, so I know I have your attention.
And if you can't tell us, at least tell us you can't.
