As I understand it, the judge has not ruled....and I don't believe this case is as cut and dried as some think because CRGP has defaulted so far. There are 52-53 other defendants and all matters and motions need to be taken into consideration before any ruling is going to happen. The TA is still working within their extension time period as well. The name of the Judge(s) is in the court documents.
