Your thinking is flawed. I assumed when I made this investment that it would be lost. It was risky and I accept full responsibility for my actions. I wish others could as well. I just see no positive outcome of a lawsuit at this point. No one will win. The company will be forced into bankruptcy and everyone loses (except the lawyers).

Investors who are being encouraged to join a class-action lawsuit should ask themselves about the motives of those who are encouraging them to join. Does it make sense given the current situation of the company? If one is hell bent on destroying the company and undermining the efforts going on behind the scenes, that's a sure way to do it, and then everyone loses.
