COR has to show effort to collect before filing an insurance claim, imo.
Might fall in line with what JJ was saying, that COR conspired with their note holder buddies to dump shares without permission so they could collect the divi money. They collect from CRGP or the insurance, but one way or another they collect. At least they try to collect.
