Shouldn't a company like COR, clearing house, operate with insurance and guarantees?
Last dockets look so baseless to me that I wonder if they are only doing it as a formality to get something from an insurance company.
If COR had to pay CRGP's missing amount, shouldn't they have guarantees from CRGP, specially considering it's on the OTC and with operations in another country?
All this situation looks so far fetched to me and with complete lack of the most basic business practices that I think COR was doing something fraudulent.
