I am only allowed one post per day on IHUB but wanted to dedicate my one post for today to you to tell you that I have marked you for your valor. I agree with you 100% that there is no legal precedent for a clawback in this. Nasdaq rule 11140b2 clearly states all were entitled to dividend on ex dividend date.
