60 days to respond is pushing it for the FAA based on their own standards......today, we are at 71.
All I can say is that I have heard that Baltia has done everything within reason to request an answer from the FAA, as the ball is now clearly in their court (and has been for more than 10 weeks!).
I have heard that the matter is currently being worked on at the highest levels, and that an answer is imminent.
This matter dragging out for so long is a black eye for the FAA, and they would like to resolve this conundrum ASAP.
In all honesty, it might have already been resolved and Baltia might just be waiting patiently for the written confirmation...............
