LT, can Baltia do anything in regard to taking the delay over the FAA's head? Can they file a petition to expedite or is there another governing body who, in any way, could step in and put an end to all of this nonsense? Surely this can't just sit on their desk for 3 more months, 6 more months, a year (who knows) without any recourse. There has to be something, doesn't there?
