I should mention that Etrade was the first brokerage that I found to reportedly be "shuffling" or "lending" inactive virtual shares, allowing your virtual or electronic shares to be used by shorters. Scottrade has restrictions, but if they are being honest about their policy toward the shorting of stocks beneath a certain price, they may be the best or one of the best brokerages out there for helping to eliminate shorting/naked shorting of start up companies like THCZ. I thought about opening an account with Scottrade just for that reason, but never did as I already had two active securities accounts.
