Investors like to make their quick buck and move on. But why would they want to sell their baby, these guys are not looking to retire young. They are building a company which could become the next Netflix billion dollar company. Its not all about the money, if it was Al Stone wouldn't need to be there working his but off when he could be comfortably retired. Everyone working at NTEK could get nicely compensated job with other tech firms and not have to work as hard and long as they are currently. This something special and they have the independence to develop their ideas into something special for the future. It doesn't end with Ultraflix or NTGL. Foundations are being laid for the future. I don't want this to be a build and sell venture. I have seen too many times when big companies by out small the next thing is too purge people and later becomes a tax write off.
