In viewing all the articles regarding "naked shorting" and NTEK has definitely been and continues to be a prime target there are never many solutions mentioned to this problem. In all the articles regarding "naked shorting"
I have not seen one example of a small emerging company overcoming the naked short attack.
This is why I continue to be a strong advocate of a NTEK buyout. All NTEK needs to do is continue executing their business plan, continue with the title uploads, and get on the remaining platforms and obviously revenues will take off in a big way.
Then when the buyout offers roll in NTEK mgt can base their selling price on our cutting edge technology, talented management team, expanded relationships with all the media giants and TV Mfgs, and most importantly the ever growing revenues and NOT the SP which may still lag way behind out true value.
This is our easiest way to overcome the sickening hellish hole the naked crowd has created for NTEK longs.
