Calm down. It's a lawsuit, they take forever. What happened was a motion for default, not a guilty verdict and loss of the lawsuit.
What follows is a default hearing. Can take months and even close to a year. CRGP needs to be there and explain why they didn't respond the first time. Typical responses are mistake, new evidence, fraud, etc.
Personally, I would had responded, but maybe they are buying time for some reason.

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
