So a default judgment, pending decision from the court, is the answer? That, to me, would indicate that there is guilt.

The options were to 1) fight the lawsuit with a response, or extension request, or 2) admit to wrong doing and repay the $3.3M or so.

They chose a 3rd option, which doesn't give me warm and fuzzies, to not respond, and not show up.

Again, I am hoping for something to shift the scales in our direction. I just don't know how much longer I can hold on to that hope.
