It appears the poster either can't find the reference to the division of the area into three parts, or he's become unsure about his (ahem) conversation with Mary.
Perhaps someone can share where HTQ stated they would divide the area into three parts. It certainly wasn't part of the agreement filed with the SEC.
And BTW......isn't HTQ going to first need to assign more of the area, like they did per the agreement with MAP in the 3 sq NM area, in order for Seafarer to apply for the permit?
Something about Mary or something fishy?
