Who said Mary was lying? I asked the poster, who has failed to respond as of yet, where HTQ ever said they would divide Area E-155 into 3 parts?

I would love to talk with Mary. I am waiting on a return call. But maybe she will be telling Kyle's side of the story in Court.
He will rely upon her as a witness, won't he?
But I believe FBAR can only issue permits based upon FL Statutes, and not what Mary wishes. If she did that she would be opening up Pandora's Box.
I seriously doubt she said what the poster claimed. I certainly would love to discuss with her why she thinks the statute isn't relevant if in fact she said what is claimed.
