An E-Trade corporate manager tried telling me that the injunctive relief in the complaint would "clawback" all the dividend proceeds... I told her to go look-up the definition of injunctive relief in a legal dictionary and then read the complaint very carefully and point to me where relief is sought against us individual shareholders.. She never got back with me. E-Trade is so desperate that their managers are starting to get their information from I-hub.. Nobody uses the term "clawback" except Ihub.
