I am so sick of people using that friggin term "clawback" !! It is a term, but it is an AGREEMENT between the company and it's shareholders. The shareholder agrees to give back the dividend in order to fund projects. Nothing in any definition of this term did i see it saying taking back of dividends involuntarily.The use this term ALL the friggin time incorrectly in IHUB
