I understand that differently , so I just e-mailed Luis
( not sure if he will response )
Few days ago he e-mailed that the fair value now is 27 cent per share, how could he estimate that , if he don't know how many shares they will exchange my shares for .
I believe , 27 is for today share # , ant it will change with change of shares , what I mean, if they take 4 of my share for 1 new , the fair value should be 1 doll per share.
If he will answer , I will let everyone know.
