That is what Luis said, he estimates they will be valued at 27 cents per share.
In my case I own 65,000,000 shares....so...for arguments sake...lets say they do a 1:50 ratio....one Milagro share for fifty CRGP shares....I will have 1,300,000 Milagros shares @ .27 = $351,000.
