I believe your recollection is correct. We will receive a proportionate number of NTGL shares as a dividend based on the number of NTEK shares each of us owned as of 2/6/15. Obviously NTEK would receive shares as well based on the number of shares owned as well. If I remember correctly a multiplier was posted at the time which allowed shareholders to determine exactly how many shares of NTGL they would get as a divy. I remember at the time thinking I wanted more so I purchased some NTGL shares before the 10/1 split.
