Please explain how NTEK owns a majority of NTGL and how we will own the rest with the status of current SS and what was given to NTEK?

Because from the filings it seemed very clear the 150M shares given to NTEK were to be distributed to the shareholders of record on 6 Feb based upon their percentage of shares owned in NTEK. Last count, only 180M shares of NTGL or so were outstanding
