the dividend was considered "special" which made all of the dividend payments up until the ex date totally legit. that is what those of you who obviously don't understand what a "special" dividend is, are leaving out in your analysis. i don't know why it is such a hard concept to comprehend. read about the definition and rules for a "special" dividend vs. a regular divy. there is a HUGE difference that crgp management didn't understand, know about or did not consider when they declared a .01 divy. they are responsible for the divy. period. it will not get clawed back. i am sure of it. there is no basis for it.
