Someone posted earlier that for OTC companies, cash buy outs may not occur.
But, it does sound like after the 1st of October, we may/will have the option to sell to someone???
Would be nice to see how many shares we get for each CRGP. I was hoping for a 1 to 1 trade, but as I mentioned a few days ago, the increase in OS to over 3 billion may have been related to the merger.
Would also be nice to know an approximate divi per quarter.
