"Can you confirm there will be no cash offer to shareholders when the ticker ultimately stops trading and existing shareholders will have shares in the private company"

His Reply
"I confirm there will be no cash offers for your new MDCM shares."

Maybe my question wasn't clear but his response is unclear to me. Is he trying to say something? maybe I am reading into it too much
