I know it's not a great comparison, I was just trying to find something that was more household name, but the principals are the same. A company has obligations to shareholders. Missing deadlines and not delivering on promises is a not good business practice regardless of it's fortune 500 or a deal between friends. Habitual issues with those sort of things and you'd sup doing business with that person. How do you think big investors think or react to those kind of business deals? Just saying.
