Brilliant! AMBS must (and should) go private (in my humble opinion). Also, I wonder if anybody has though that Gerald (and family) just dont want to give up any ownership rights to any of the key assets (hence, the dilution doesnt stop).

So the long delay to prosperity; but I believe the PPS will turn the corner (by year end...and probably much sooner as the assets become more mature and more valuable).

If everyone can look towards a long term horizon; and if you stop looking for instant gratification....things might turn out quite well.
