I see it as 4K is here to stay. All the major TV manufacturers will be fading out 1080p which will allow 4K to become main stream. It wouldn't matter how the economy is. 4K TV are very affordable now and will continue to drop as we come upon the holiday season. Not only are the TV manufacturers are pushing it in a big, so are Internet & cell phone providers, the movie studio are gearing up just to name a few. Keep in mind this is all happening globally!!!
