Ultraflix is presently one of 7 divisions of NTEK. NTEK will soon have only 6 divisions as NTGL is being spun off to NTEK shareholders based on the number of NTEK shares they owned as of 2/6/15. NTEK will then own shares of NTGL just as we do and if it does well NTEK will prosper. Is NTEK's goal to be a conglomerate holding ownership positions in several sucessful spun off companies that they served as an incubator for? I would not be surprised to see that happen at all. I do think NTEK would like Ultraflix to be more established before doing so however. There are lots of options available to NTEK which makes it a very exciting company to own. Patience will reward longs generously imho. Go NTEK!!!
