That's funny, I read the press release and I didn't see a claim by Jerry anywhere that anything had been filed yet. They said "along with the filing" which doesn't actually say it's left the desk and has been filed. Even if I had, I wouldn't run to the phone because I already know this is no P & D, Harry Drnec, for starters, doesn't need to hook up with P & D fraudsters to butter his bread and wouldn't be associated with this company if he so much as had a tiny bit of doubt about them or their potential. I'd be more likely to suspect your intent or the SEC not even knowing whether or not they even received the request before I would suspect these guys of fraud.
