I bought in at .10 PS and have watched my investment go south ever since. I called the SEC and checked with the Edgar system also with FINRA and they have no record or filing for a name and symbol change. Also Mr.Grisaffi has numerous company name changes. According to the Finra that is a red flag for pump and dump. I open to your thoughts on this.
