Yes they would be able to dump, but would they get scooped up by investors? Hard to say, many of the shares held now are in strong hands and they were scooped up in the trips. If this happened again it may be different, mainly because hjoe has already said they will pay this note off. They have also said that they fully intend to file EOY Q. I believe that if anything happens outside of what they have promised investors, it may get ugly. At some point those shares would eventually get scooped up, and I would add myself. But it would be a long recovery.
