Question. If they file post note payment, can the toxic folks dump shares into the filing? If they file without the note paid off can the toxic folks still dump shares devaluing the SP? I had that brief discussion with a poster on lie hole and believe either way, with a filing, anything dumped into the market will get scooped up quickly as HJOE will be current and lose the yield sign. What'd you think?
