Agree. I think we are talking about the same but from different perspectives.
If going private, a fair price is the market price plus a premium. But not in this case where price has been manipulated and shorted. 0005 market + a premium of 0002 just doesn't make sense.
That's the reason I mentioned the conditions of the merger, which also need to make sense. We could also have the case of a private deal where conditions are manipulated to take advantage from shareholders.
Anyways, FINRA's approval is required.
