dtcc would have found carters mess up prior to issuing the divy.......the dividend payout was in the works on dtccs desk weeks before we ever received it...lol once its passed on by dtcc......carter is out of the loop....hes done.....hes paid it.....thats it...lol......if there is an issue after dtcc issues divy then thats those peoples problem.. ie: Etrade..... (not investors)....... and brokers and clearing firms have insurances in place just for these sorts of things.....my bank uses fdicc......and thats who will give me my money back if that bank was robbed/hacked/glitched/manipulated.....amo but it wouldnt be my employers fault....he made his direct deposit and my bank received it.....amo
