CRGP caused the HALT - 3 possible reasons IMO- if its not one of these reasons- then your right they doesn't owe an apology.
1) they requested the halt to get a share count
2) the news of the merger -maybe that was the extraordinary event
3) Carter admitted to messing up the divvy- maybe that was the extraordinary event-
the HALT is the reason its on GREY sheets , Grey sheets is the reason most everyone lost 80-90 %
IF crgp caused it ,then they owe an apology- because it led the ticker to the greys. guess im old fashioned
